Longchamp Delays My Order and Fails to Respond to Messages
I bought the Longchamp Le Pliage Original Recycled Canvas Women's Shoulder Bag on December 29, 2024. After sending three messages through the contact section, I still haven't heard back, and my order still hasn't been delivered after a month. I also tried to call their customer service number, but no one answered.
The shipping delay and lack of communication are very annoying and not acceptable for a name like Longchamp. I expect to hear right away about the status of my order and get a quick answer. Customers deserve better communication and better care. Longchamp needs to take care of this problem right away and make sure their customer service method works.
