If your LivU account was restricted after normal chats and you need to contact a real human, the official way is to use LivU’s support portal “Submit a request” form on their Help/Support site and clearly explain your case with your user ID, device info, screenshots, and a description of what happened — this goes into their ticket system for review.

You can find this form under support.livu.me → Account Issues → Submit a request.

You can also email LivU directly at [email protected] from the address linked to your account and include all relevant details so a staff member can investigate the restriction.
