Liven Misled Me With False Promises and Denied My Refund Despite Following Rules

Liven has been a letdown overall and a frustrating experience. Though the app is promoted as a handy approach to find new restaurants and get rewards, the truth is quite different. After using the app regularly for more than two weeks, I discovered that the rewards system is unclear and that there are very few redeeming choices. I was asked to show proof of continuous use for seven days when I tried to ask for a refund because the software lacked stated capabilities. I responded right away. My refund is still processing with no apparent explanation even though I followed their request and called customer service several times. Liven looks good with the glitzy advertisement, but the real experience is lacklustre and irritating.
