Deleting the app doesn’t stop billing—you must cancel the subscription at its source. On iPhone, cancel via Settings → your name → Subscriptions; on Android, cancel in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.
If your plan is managed directly by Liven, open the app or web profile, go to Settings → Subscription, and select Cancel; make sure you receive a confirmation. Liven’s help center also explains where the in-app button redirects for website purchases.
For refunds on iOS, sign in at reportaproblem.apple.com, choose “Request a refund,” select a reason, and submit. Apple’s billing page also links to purchase history if you need to verify the charge.
On Android, use Google Play’s refund request flow after canceling. If you still see unexpected charges, contact Liven support via “Help and Support → Contact Us” in the app.
