Liven Charged Me Without Authorization - Won’t Refund My Money
I’m really annoyed with Liven and the way they deal with charges. I didn’t sign up for a paid subscription, but they charged me twice—first $19.99, then $39.99—without any confirmation or permission. I just downloaded the app, and I never got an email confirming my subscription or payment at any time. This is totally not right, and I really don’t understand how they managed to charge me without my okay. I reached out to support right away, but they haven't really been much help. I’m not looking for a partial refund or any reasons—I just want a full refund for both charges. It's pretty frustrating to watch a company act like this. If you're considering downloading this app, just be cautious. I’m not giving them my payment info again. I hope this issue gets sorted out right away.
