LiveCareer Charged My Bank Account After Subscription Cancellation

When purchasing a resume service through the Epos (LiveCareer) website, I selected the one-time payment option and canceled the subscription immediately after completing the transaction. Despite this, on September 17, 2026, a $20 subscription charge was taken from my Yapı Kredi bank account registered under the name Büşra A**** without my knowledge or authorization.

I absolutely did not authorize this charge and do not accept this unauthorized withdrawal. I request that the $20 charged from my account without my permission be refunded immediately and that I be provided with written information regarding this transaction.

I want this issue to be resolved as soon as possible and all subscription services associated with my account to be completely terminated.
