LiveCareer Customer Wants Unauthorized Payment Refunded

On September 20, 2026, I noticed that $20 had been charged from my Yapı Kredi account by LiveCareer.com.tr without my knowledge or authorization. I never applied for any membership, did not authorize any paid membership on this website, and was not informed that I would be charged.

At the moment, I cannot see any apparent membership or package information associated with my account on LiveCareer.com.tr, so I am also unable to determine which service this charge was for. Nevertheless, having an automatic charge made to my credit card or account without my authorization has caused me both financial and personal distress.

I request a full refund of the unauthorized $20 charged by LiveCareer.com.tr to my card or account immediately. I also request that any memberships or automatic payment arrangements created in my name, if any, be canceled. I further request that this unauthorized transaction be investigated and that I be provided with written information regarding the outcome.
