Litmatch Wrongfully Banned My Account Until 2421—Please Lift This Unfair Suspension

Dear Litmatch Support Team,

I just received a notice that my account has been banned until the year 2421 for allegedly violating community guidelines. This is completely unjustified. I haven’t done anything that goes against your rules, and I believe this ban was issued in error.

My BAN_ID is 29039* and I log in through my Facebook account. I am a regular user who respects the platform’s policies, and I am genuinely confused and upset by this excessive and baseless punishment.

Please conduct a thorough review of my account and lift this suspension immediately. It’s frustrating to be locked out of an account I’ve spent time and energy on, especially when I haven’t done anything wrong. I expect a prompt resolution.
