Litmatch Won’t Let User Close Blocked Account

I want to close my account on the Litmatch app, but the application does not allow me to do so. When I try to log into my account, I see a message saying “ID number is blocked,” and because of this, I cannot complete the account deletion process. This issue started today and is still ongoing.

My account ID number is 33652959. Even though I tried to contact the app’s support team, I have not received any response so far.

I request that my account be permanently closed and that I be informed once this process is completed.
