I Face Litmatch Account Suspension Without Any Violation Notice

While using the Litmatch app for dating purposes, my account was suddenly banned without any warning or justification. The app did not show any notification of a rule violation or provide any explanation.
As a result of this action, which happened yesterday, I saw that my account had been banned for 98 years. Even though I had not purchased any premium membership, coins, or packages, my access was completely restricted without any clear reason, which has caused serious frustration.
After the ban, I contacted Litmatch through the in-app support channel, but I did not receive any response or information. Not knowing why I was banned and not getting any support has been very disappointing.
I request that my account be reviewed, that this ban—which I believe was applied unfairly—be removed, and that I be allowed to use Litmatch again without issues.
