Litmatch Account Ban Extended Without Explanation

I have an account on the Litmatch app with the username “Anar.” On November 19, 2025, at around 17:00, I received a 1-day ban. However, when I logged in again today, I saw that my ban period had been extended to 3 days. I was not given any explanation regarding the reason for the ban, nor was I informed why the duration was increased. This situation is causing me a serious inconvenience. I find the extension of the ban unfair and request that the duration be reviewed again and lifted if necessary. I expect a response as soon as possible.
