LinkedIn Charged Me After Premium Trial Without Warning

June 14 6:15 PM

I used LinkedIn's complimentary one-month Premium Business trial. When I activated the trial, LinkedIn indicated that I would receive a reminder one week before the trial ended and before any charges were applied. However, I never received any reminder or notification. Once the trial expired, my credit card was automatically charged $5 for one month of Premium Business without my knowledge.

To make matters worse, when I tried to cancel my Premium membership, I found that I could not complete the cancellation through the LinkedIn website or app. I was also unable to reach customer support or any customer service representative for assistance, leaving me with no way to stop the subscription.

I request a full refund of the $5 that was charged without the promised reminder notification. I also request that my LinkedIn Premium Business subscription be canceled immediately to prevent any future charges. I would appreciate a prompt resolution to this issue.
