I have been unable to access my Likee account (@Ggg_iiip) for more than two weeks. When I try to recover the account using the in-app recovery form, I receive a message saying “account does not exist,” even though the account is still active on the platform, currently has around 5,900 followers, and continues to grow.
The email address previously linked to this account has been deleted, so I cannot use it for recovery. I have contacted Likee support multiple times via email (crea***@likee.video and feedb***@likee.video) and through the in-app contact form. The only response I received was an automated message directing me back to the recovery form, which does not work in my situation. After that, I stopped receiving any replies.
I am using Likee on an Android device from Russia, and I am the original owner and creator of the @Ggg_iiip account. I am fully prepared to provide proof of ownership, such as a selfie with a verification code or detailed information about my account activity and videos.
I am requesting that my Likee account (@Ggg_iiip) be manually restored and linked to my new email address (zajtuna***@gmail.com), or that I be provided with an alternative manual verification and recovery process so I can regain access to my account.
