Unexplained Suspension Of LifePoints Account

4

I have been a member of Lifepoints for many years, since the time when the service operated under a previous name, and during this period I have regularly completed surveys and successfully redeemed many rewards without any issues. I currently have 3,512 points in my account. Today, when I attempted to cash out my 3,512 points through the Lifepoints website, I received a message stating that I needed to contact support. After doing so, I was informed that my account had been suspended, and that they could not tell me the reason for this suspension for “security” reasons. I have never received any warnings, issues, or emails about my activity prior to this, and I maintain that I have not breached your terms and conditions in any way. Following this, I contacted support again to request evidence of any alleged breach and to ask for your complaints policy, but I have not received any reply so far. I find it unacceptable that a long‑standing member can be suspended without explanation and prevented from accessing legitimately earned rewards. I respectfully request that my account is unsuspended and fully reinstated, and that I am allowed to cash out the 3,512 points currently in my account. I also ask for a clear explanation of the reason for the suspension and a response to my request for your complaints policy.
