Life Points Account Suspension
I have been using Life Points in the UK via the iPhone app and until recently I was an active and regular participant in surveys. On Monday my account was suddenly suspended and I noticed that my points were no longer accessible. I contacted Life Points customer support and received a generic response stating that, after a review, my membership supposedly did not meet their quality standards, that my account was suspended, my unused LifePoints were forfeited and outstanding redemptions cancelled. They also stated that, for security reasons, they could not provide any specific details about why my account was suspended or what criteria were used in their checks, and only referred me to the general Terms & Conditions. Before the suspension I had a balance of 1,836 LifePoints, with a value of over £15, which I had earned by completing surveys as requested. I strongly disagree with losing this balance without any clear or transparent explanation, especially after spending my time and effort on their platform in good faith. I request that my 1,836 LifePoints be returned to me in their full monetary value (over £15) or that an equivalent payout be made to me. If Life Points decides to keep my account closed, I still expect to receive the money I am entitled to for the points I have already earned.
