LifePoints Account Deactivation Issue – Points Not Redeemable

LifePoints Account Deactivation Issue – Points Not Redeemable
April 6 11:23 AM16

I am a Lifepoints user from the UK, and I am writing to complain about the deactivation of my account and the loss of my remaining points. My account, registered with the email address victoriabarnes***@gmail.com, was deactivated around eight days ago. Before it was deactivated, I had a balance of 3,887 points, and I have been unable to transfer or redeem them. I contacted Lifepoints through your portal, and I was informed that my account has been checked and is indeed deactivated. However, I was not given a clear explanation as to why this happened, and my 3,887 points remain unused and inaccessible. I kindly request that my remaining 3,887 points be returned to me in the form of a payment, since I legitimately earned these points through completed activities before my account was deactivated. I expect this issue to be resolved promptly and for Lifepoints to ensure that customers do not lose their accumulated points without a valid reason or prior notice.

I contacted Lifepoints about my deactivated account and the loss of 3,887 points. They claimed the issue was resolved, but I have received no contact or solution, and my points remain inaccessible. I requested a transfer of the equivalent £25.00 to my PayPal account, which has not been addressed.
