My LG 49UB850V TV Can't Play TRT4K

I was shocked to learn that my LG 49UB850V TV, marketed as "4K WebOS," does not support TRT4K. This TV was sold to me with the assurance that it could play 4K content. However, I recently discovered that the built-in satellite receiver does not support this channel. I was told that it would only work with an external satellite receiver. Why did we pay such a high price for this? It's very disappointing to find out that a TV advertised as 4K cannot support TRT4K. Was this just a deception?
