LG (QNED 65 TV) & Opet Fuel Campaign Scam

I applied to benefit from the LG and Opet gift campaign. While making a purchase on November 27, 2023, from Media Markt, I was told, "Information about the campaign will be provided during installation; wait until then." On December 2, 2023, during the installation, I was advised to call the LG call center, which would send a link for registration. I applied through the link sent by the call center from my mobile phone and was informed that a confirmation SMS would be sent by December 14, 2023. After waiting a few days and not receiving the SMS, I contacted LG again on December 25, 2023. They suggested there might be an error and advised me to reapply using a different device. I reapplied on December 25, 2023, and began waiting for the SMS again. Today, January 4, 2024, I called the LG call center again and was informed that I am ineligible for the campaign as I missed the final application date. However, I applied before the deadline in December, as I have proof with screenshots. I am hoping that Opet and LG will resolve this issue. I am attaching the installation documents of the TV and the details of the campaign to my application.
