My LG SJ850V TV is experiencing the same issues that many other customers have reported. The problems started right after the warranty expired, which is conveniently suspicious.
Here are the recurring issues:
Internet connectivity problems – the TV randomly disconnects from WiFi and refuses to reconnect.
The remote control is unreliable – sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t, as if it has a mind of its own.
Apps freeze or fail to work – streaming services often crash or won’t load properly.
HDMI connection issues – even when trying to connect my computer via HDMI, I experience constant signal drops.
Cache storage problems – everything points to an insufficient memory issue, which seems to be a design flaw or an intentional limitation.
I searched for an official response from LG, but there is none. LG conveniently ignores these problems, even though they seem to be a widespread and chronic issue.
