So, imagine this... you're eagerly awaiting the installation of your brand-new LG product. You call LG's customer service anticipating a straightforward reservation procedure. However, wonder what? They have a distinct strategy. Instead of making reservations, they use the age-old phrase, "Our service will call you 20 minutes before they arrive." Oh, glee! However, it gets better. When asked if they will be present today, they respond with an enigmatic "maybe yes, maybe no." Are you kidding? you're essentially confined to your home, chained to your doorstep, unable to depart even on the weekend. Why? Because you have no idea whether they will arrive or not.
