LG Air Conditioner Arrived Damaged And Installation Was Delayed, Need Solution

I purchased an LG wall-mounted air conditioner from the EPA Teknoloji seller on Hepsiburada on May 7, 2026, for 58,000 TL, with order number 4329795821. The product sat unused for a long time, and about 2–2.5 months after receiving the air conditioner, I contacted the authorized LG service center to schedule installation. When the service technician arrived at my home and opened the indoor unit’s cover, he noticed that two clips on the inside of the cover were broken. The company that delivered the air conditioner was Horoz Logistics, and it was later discovered that the side of the box was damaged when the shipment arrived, though we did not notice it at the time. The service technician left without filing any report. From that point on, our phone conversations with LG began. During these conversations, every time we requested a replacement or followed up on our earlier repair and installation requests, we were repeatedly told that approval was pending “managerial approval,” and the process was delayed. For about a month now, no concrete action has been taken, with this “manager’s approval” excuse being used repeatedly. Finally, we gave up waiting and requested that “the service come, repair the unit, and install it,” but we were again told that “manager’s approval” is still pending, and the process just isn’t moving forward. Even though it’s the middle of summer, we’re still sitting here with just a fan. I am suffering serious inconvenience due to this poor process management among Hepsiburada, EPA Technology, Horoz Logistics, and LG. I request that the part with the broken clips be repaired or replaced free of charge, and that the air conditioner be installed immediately without any additional charges.
