LG 55UR81006LJ Display Quality Issues


I purchased an LG 55UR81006LJ series TV, and since its installation, the display quality has been extremely poor. When I contacted LG, they informed me that if the service visit didn't identify any issues, I would be charged for the visit. Afterward, they suggested resetting the TV using the mute button, despite clear signs of a malfunction. The service team explained that there was nothing they could do as it uses a VA panel, and I would still be charged for the visit. I argued that this panel difference is a defect for me, mentioning that older series or TVs from different brands provide clearer images. They acknowledged it as a chronic issue but insisted it's valid for this TV. I expressed my dissatisfaction, stating that I paid significantly for this TV, and such problems should not occur. They responded dismissively, suggesting I should have researched before purchasing. Despite this fiasco, I refuse to drop this matter and will keep you updated on any developments.
