Levi's Pants Quality Complaint - Ripped After Minimal Use

I purchased eight pairs of Levi's jeans from the Levi's store approximately one year ago, under the assumption that they were of high quality. On the other hand, my husband has only worn one pair approximately ten times in a year, as he switches between jeans from another brand. Even with only minimal wear, the Levi's jeans unfortunately tore at the back pocket and had to be sent for inspection. We got a response rejecting our request. Levi's, the brand that claims to offer quality products, fails to provide adequate support for its products. Their slogan, which promotes durability and longevity, contradicts their business ethics.
