Levi's Mile High Super Skinny Fabric Fails Within Months as Store Denies Exchange

I have been experiencing fabric wear and thinning in the crotch area of the Mile High Super Skinny model jeans I purchased from the Levi's store in Ankara Acity for approximately two months. I have been using the product for seven months total, and I did not expect such an issue from a brand like Levi's.
During the purchase, I was explicitly told that visiting the Acity branch if any problem arose would be the most effective course of action, and that the product came with a one-year warranty. However, when I brought the jeans to the store after encountering the issue, I was informed this time that the pants only had a six-month warranty, and no solution was offered.
I feel aggrieved due to both the rapid deterioration of the product and the fact that the warranty terms promised during sales were subsequently changed. I request an exchange or a full refund for the jeans, along with an explanation regarding the contradiction between the warranty information provided at purchase and the store's current stance.
These jeans are sold above market average, yet it is astonishing that they prove to be less durable than budget denim.
Furthermore, when I asked to have the hem tailored upon purchase, I was told, "We do not offer that service; you must get the hem tailored on your own." Today, however, I was informed that the product was excluded from warranty coverage simply because I had the hem altered by a tailor as originally instructed. This is a truly absurd policy. I had purchased three pairs of jeans; frankly, had they disclosed these terms upfront, I would not have bought a single item.
