League of Legends Accounts Wrongfully Banned by Vanguard

Both of my League of Legends accounts (81** UT1 and Vladimir) were banned by the Vanguard anti-cheat system, despite me never using any third-party software. My accounts have been suspended indefinitely, and I already submitted a ticket to address the issue. Today, when I tried to log into my other account, it was also banned in the same way. This is unacceptable. What kind of security system is this? I’m requesting that both of my accounts be reinstated immediately, and Vanguard’s system needs to be fixed before it ruins the game further. The player base is already declining, and if this continues, no one will want to play anymore.
