My League of Legends accounts have been permanently banned multiple times without clear justification. I have been informed that the bans are due to third-party software, yet I’ve taken every possible measure to prevent this. I formatted my computer three times, refrained from installing anything other than League of Legends, and created new accounts—but the issue persists. Most recently, after playing just one game of Team Fight Tactics on a newly created account, my account was banned again, even though I was only at Level 1.
I’ve submitted numerous support tickets, hoping to resolve this, but all I receive are automated responses stating that my accounts will be reviewed. After five months of waiting, I still cannot access the game, and my problem remains unsolved.
