League of Legends Account Permanently Banned Due to Fan Control Driver Issue

I was permanently banned in League of Legends without any apparent reason, and upon investigation, I noticed an issue with the inpoutx64.SYS file in Vanguard, which I later found out is related to a fan control driver. My account was banned, and now every other account I access from my computer is also permanently banned.

I reached out to Riot Support, but after three days, I've only received automated responses with no real assistance. This is extremely frustrating as I am unable to play on any account from my device. I request that Riot resolves this error promptly and restores my access.
