LC Waikiki Has Not Delivered My Package to My Home After Five Days

I ordered a pair of trousers from LC Waikiki, and although the cargo option was shown as the cheapest with CargoX, my parcel has not been delivered to my home for 5 days. Instead of bringing it to my address in Sultanbeyli, Istanbul, the cargo company leaves the package at the delivery branch and does not attempt home delivery. During this period, I tried to reach both LC Waikiki customer service and the cargo company by phone, but no one answered my calls and I could not get any support. I find it unacceptable that a shipment sold with home delivery information is not brought to my address and that I cannot reach any authorized person. I request that my cargo be delivered to my home address as soon as possible and that LC Waikiki ensure that the cargo company fulfills its delivery obligation. I also expect an explanation regarding why home delivery has not been made and why customer service cannot be reached.
