Despite being marketed as a 10-kilo capacity machine, the reality is far from the claim. Only one program allows for a 10-kilo load, while the remaining options are limited to 2.5 and 4 kilos. Essentially, the machine can barely handle three pairs of jeans or three hoodies, the advertised capacity for blankets is 2.5 kilos, which is insufficient for anything thicker than a child's blanket. I ask the manufacturer to address these issues promptly to rectify the situation and restore my confidence in their product.
