My Lacoste Shoes Discolored: Store Refuses Refund

I'm disappointed that the Lacoste store where I frequently shop refused to process a return for my purchase, which was made with receipt number LAC814233. It's truly an unexpected situation - everyone knows shoes have a limited lifespan. However, when my shoes lost color and faded, the return was rejected. I'll be picking up the shoes from the store and taking this matter to the Consumer Arbitration Committee.
