Lacoste Sneakers Deformed After Six Months And Rejected As User Error
On 07.01.2025 I purchased a pair of Lacoste sneaker shoe. About six months after the purchase, the shoes started to show clear and noticeable deformation, which I consider unacceptable for this brand and for such a short period of use. I contacted the relevant place and my complaint was evaluated as “user error”. I absolutely do not accept this assessment, because I believe I used the shoes in a normal and careful way and the deformation is clearly related to the product quality, not to misuse. At the moment I am experiencing a clear grievance, as I paid the full price but could not use the product for a reasonable period. I request that my complaint be reconsidered and that a solution be provided by offering either a refund of the amount I paid or an exchange with a new, defect-free pair of sneakers. I kindly ask for this issue to be re-examined carefully and resolved as soon as possible.
