I Report Kwai Withdrawal Problem Blocking My Diamonds From Converting To Cash

I have been saving diamonds on the Kwai app for a long time, and my balance is now worth around ₺600. However, I cannot link my account to either Papara or my bank account, which means I have never been able to withdraw any money to date. Each time I attempt a withdrawal, the same error occurs, and I cannot get any support through the app. My account name is Damla Bağdat, and I use the app in Mersin/Tarsus.

The app clearly states that I should be able to convert my diamonds into cash, and I currently have about $8 available, but I cannot complete the withdrawal process. Because of this ongoing issue, I have even stopped collecting diamonds.

I request urgent technical support and a clear solution so that I can successfully link my account and withdraw my money without further problems.
