I’ve been waiting since Saturday for the money I earned in the Kwai app to show up in my bank account, but nothing has come through. The app clearly shows that the amount is available as cash, yet I haven’t received a single ₺. It’s been days now, and there’s still no update, no notification, and no explanation.

If the money is listed as available in my Kwai balance, why hasn’t it been transferred to my account? This delay is unacceptable, especially when there’s no customer support response.
