I Entered My IBAN Correctly but Still Can’t Withdraw My Money from Kwai

I’m very frustrated with Kwai right now. I’ve tried multiple times to withdraw my money, and even though I entered my IBAN and account details correctly, I still haven’t been able to transfer a single ₺ to my bank account. Everything is accurate on my end—yet the money is just stuck.

What’s worse is that my aunt is facing the exact same issue, so this clearly isn’t just a one-time glitch. Neither of us has been able to withdraw anything, and now it feels like our time and earnings have just gone to waste.

Kwai, if this continues, I’m deleting the app for good. Fix this issue now and give us access to the money we earned!
