I Can’t Withdraw My Money from Kwai and My Account Says “Delete” for No Reason

I’m seriously frustrated with Kwai. I’ve been trying to withdraw my money, but no matter what I do, the app won’t let me. Every time I open my account, it just shows “delete” instead of giving me access to my funds. I entered my bank account details correctly, but the withdrawal simply doesn’t go through.

This is incredibly disappointing, especially since I’ve always respected your platform. But now, after all the time I’ve spent on it, I’m being blocked from accessing my own money—₺ I earned through the app.

Kwai, you need to fix this immediately. I’m asking for a clear solution and access to my funds—no more delays, no more excuses.
