Kuveyt Türk Miles Not Transferred to Turkish Airlines Miles&Smiles

For 6 days, the 24,972 miles I earned with my Kuveyt Türk Miles&Smiles credit card have not been transferred to my Turkish Airlines Miles&Smiles account and this delay is not normal. I contacted Kuveyt Türk about this problem, but the representatives showed no care and I did not receive any clear or satisfactory information about when my miles would be transferred. I request that the 24,972 miles I earned with my Miles&Smiles credit card be transferred to my THY Miles&Smiles account immediately and that this delay be investigated and prevented from happening again.
