Kuveyt Türk Unjust Mile Deduction Despite 18K Miles Balance

Kuveyt Türk Bank acts with total disregard for its own statement data and the legal grace period it has granted to its customer. On 16 April 2026, an unjust deduction of ₺418.92 was made from my account under the label “Equivalent of Uncollected Miles”. Despite my formal objection stating that I have 18,000 miles in my balance and a deadline until 2027 to settle this, I keep receiving the same automated response claiming “You have insufficient miles”. In my April statement, it is clearly shown that I have 18,674 miles earned, yet the bank insists on describing this as “insufficient miles”. Moreover, according to my Advance Mile details, the final payment date is explicitly stated as 26 June 2027, but the bank has carried out this collection 14 months earlier. After my objection on 18 April 2026, the bank informed me that the deduction was correct and that they would not make any correction, which is completely inconsistent with both the statement data and the defined deadline. I request the immediate refund of the unjustly collected ₺418.92, the correction of this error in my miles records, and a written apology for this attitude that ignores clear documentation. If this unlawful and unfair practice is not rectified, I will initiate legal proceedings and present these inconsistent and robotic responses to the TBB (Banks Association of Türkiye) Arbitration Committee.
