I am a Kuveyt Türk Miles&Smiles Kuveyt Türk Platinum credit card holder. After reviewing my recent transactions, I discovered serious errors in how miles were credited to my account. On January 25, 2026, I made an e-commerce purchase of approximately $667, for which 1,000 miles were credited to my account. However, the “Extra 400 Miles for E-Commerce Purchases” campaign that was automatically applicable between January 23–26 was not applied, even though I fully met the campaign conditions.
In addition, for a separate purchase I made on January 21, 2026, through Epttavm, in the amount of approximately $614, no miles were credited at all. I find it difficult to understand on what basis this retail purchase made through an online shopping platform was excluded from mile eligibility. There is a clear and serious inconsistency between the miles calculated using the bank’s own tools and campaign announcements and the miles actually credited to my account.
As a result, for these two major transactions totaling nearly $1,333, I am missing a significant number of miles. I am requesting that all missing miles, including campaign bonus miles, be recalculated and fully credited to my Miles&Smiles account as soon as possible. From a customer satisfaction perspective, I do not want to be forced to manually track miles after every transaction, and I expect this ongoing issue of having to “chase miles” to be permanently resolved. So far, I have not received any satisfactory response from the bank regarding this matter. I am attaching all necessary visual evidence and kindly request that this issue be reviewed urgently.
