Kuveyt Türk Device Verification Problem Prevents App Access

I am a Kuveyt Türk customer and I am currently in Egypt on vacation. I have been experiencing a device verification problem with the mobile banking application for the last two days. I could not log in to the app anymore, and since it was not working properly, I deleted and reinstalled it on the same device I have always used. After reinstalling, the app now requires device verification, but I cannot complete this step. I contacted customer service to get my device approved; however, no one I reached could speak English, and I do not speak Turkish. Because of this language barrier, I was unable to explain my problem or get any support about the device verification. During this period, I have been able to access my account only via the web browser, but I still cannot use the mobile banking app on my phone, which I need for practical daily banking. I kindly request that my device be manually approved for mobile banking, that the device verification problem be resolved, and that I be provided with support in English so I can complete such processes without issues in the future. I ask for this issue to be resolved as soon as possible so that I can securely log in to the Kuveyt Türk mobile application from Egypt on my current device during my vacation.
