I Can't Update My Phone Number on Kuveyt Türk Without Branch Visit

I want to update the phone number registered with my Kuveyt Türk account to a different registered number. I had opened my account using my old phone number, but I no longer have access to that number. I tried reaching customer service, but I couldn’t get a clear response on how to proceed or they transfer me to the A.I main menu. This issue is preventing me from accessing mobile banking app, blocked my sim to get into the app and receiving verification codes. I would like my phone number to be updated without having to visit a branch. In addition to gaining access to my account again. Please find an urgent solution as soon as possible.
