I Cannot Update My Kuveyt Türk Phone Number Remotely

I want to update the phone number registered with my Kuveyt Türk account. I had opened my account using my old phone number, but I no longer have access to that number. I tried reaching customer service, but I couldn’t get a clear response on how to proceed. This issue is preventing me from accessing mobile banking and receiving verification codes.
