Kuveyt Türk App Device Verification Issue Abroad - No English Support

I recently reinstalled Kuveyt Türk application. After reinstalling it, the system asked me to verify my device by calling a call center number. However, I am currently abroad in Georgia and cannot call this number because I do not have sufficient balance on my line. To top up my balance, I need to log in to my Turkish banking application, but in order to log in, I am required to complete the device verification—creating a loop that prevents me from accessing my account. I tried using my last remaining minutes to call the specified number, but the automated response system operates only in Turkish. Since I do not speak Turkish, I could not understand which steps to follow and was unable to complete the verification. I also explained the situation in detail via your official Facebook page, but the only response I received was to call the call center. Unfortunately, as a user who is abroad and does not speak Turkish, this is neither practical nor possible for me. At this point, I struggle to understand why there is no in-app support chat or email-based written support option. Is there no official support channel other than phone calls? I kindly request that an alternative verification and support method (such as in-app messaging, email, or written support) be provided for users who are abroad and do not speak Turkish. Additionally, if possible, I request English-language support and that my device be verified and my access to the mobile banking application be restored without requiring a call to the call center. My Kuveyt Türk customer number is 98136***. I expect a clear solution and proper support on this matter.

I solved the problem myself. I had to hire a translator and, with the help of my friends, purchase an international roaming plan. So I ended up paying ₺1000 just to verify my device. The main issue is that I have no connection other than my phone. I have no one I can contact, and I couldn’t find messaging support anywhere. For example, WhatsApp has a support channel, but you can’t communicate with a real operator — the only response is an automated bot telling me to wait for a call.
