Kurukahveci Mehmet Efendi Order Delay

The estimated delivery time for the order I placed with Kurukahveci Mehmet Efendi on January 17, 2024 was 3 to 7 business days. But I still haven't received my order after 20 days. I got a nice response when I asked for a refund because of the delayed delivery, but nobody has gotten back to me after then. This is a business that I will not do business with again.
