KuCoin Spot Account Shows Zero Balance for 518 TON Coins Worth $890

My TON coin balance in my KuCoin spot account suddenly began showing as zero. Even though I haven't executed any trades, deposits, or withdrawals, my balance reads zero despite having 518 TON coins worth approximately $890 in my account.

I noticed the issue on June 15, 2026, and my balance still hasn't reappeared. I have not contacted KuCoin support yet, but I want this issue urgently investigated and my full TON coin balance restored to my account.

I demand a full resolution to my issue and a clear explanation regarding what caused this problem.
