KuCoin Blocks $2,899 Withdrawal Under Vague "Under Review" Status

On July 1, I deposited $2,899 into my KuCoin TR account. Around 8:00 PM that same evening, I submitted a withdrawal request, but I have been unable to withdraw my funds ever since.

Even though I fully completed all identity and account verification steps prior to submitting the withdrawal request, the only explanation provided for my pending transaction is "under review." When I ask what this review pertains to, customer support gives me no clear answer.

I find it completely unacceptable that my $2,899 is being held like this under the vague guise of an "investigation" without any request for additional documents or information. I demand a clear, transparent explanation regarding the basis for this review, and I request that my withdrawal request be finalized and paid out immediately.
