Kotex Ultra Overnight Pads Cause Burning and Genital Irritation

I had been using Kotex Ultra Overnight pads for years without any problems, but I have started experiencing serious issues with the most recent packages I purchased. After using the product, I experienced burning, stinging, and irritation in my genital area, which affected me both physically and psychologically. In addition, as shown in the photos, the pads had noticeable deformities as soon as I opened the packages. The products appeared damaged even before I had used them. I purchased three packages, and I experienced the same problems with all of them.

I purchased the products from the Gratis store in Bostanlı, Izmir. As someone who has used the same product for a long time, I am genuinely shocked and disappointed by this experience. All three of my most recent packages caused skin irritation and burning, and I also noticed visible defects in the structure of the pads. Unfortunately, I did not keep the expiration date information, but I would like the date and batch details printed on the packaging to be taken into consideration: “14.04.2026 cz41 a 01:01:16.”

I request that this issue be taken seriously, that the products be investigated, and that appropriate compensation be provided. Given the health problems I have experienced and the fact that all three packages I purchased were defective in the same way, I ask the brand to take responsibility and resolve my complaint.
