I Face Kotex Night Pad Quality Issues After Adhesive Failure And Rash

I have been using Kotex overnight products for a long time and had never experienced any problems before. However, starting with the most recent 10-count pack of Kotex Natural Overnight pads I purchased, I began experiencing serious issues. I previously used larger Kotex packages without any problems, but with the last two packs, especially the ones I purchased from Şok market, the adhesive barely sticks at all. The pad does not stay securely in place, which creates both discomfort and a lack of confidence during use.

In addition, this product caused a rash, and I am now experiencing significant pain and irritation as a result. I had never experienced this type of sensitivity or skin reaction with Kotex overnight products before. I purchased the product approximately two days ago and noticed these problems almost immediately after I started using it.

I expect Kotex to take this issue seriously, perform the necessary quality checks, and provide me with a clear explanation regarding these products. I also request that my inconvenience be addressed through a product replacement or another appropriate form of compensation.
