I Face Kotex Ultra Normal Pad Quality Issues After Gel-Like Particles Stuck To My Skin

I purchased Kotex Ultra Normal pads from Rossmann. Today, I used one of the pads for approximately 2 hours under normal conditions. After removing it, I noticed many small, clear, silicone-like or gel-like particles stuck to my skin only in the area where the pad had been in contact. At first, I could not understand what they were, but I became certain that these particles had come from inside the pad.
I would especially like to point out that there was no visible tear, opening, or deformation on the outer surface of the pad. Even though I used the product for only a short period and under normal conditions, this happened, which has raised serious concerns for me regarding hygiene and product safety. I currently do not have any visible irritation or discomfort on my skin, but I do not consider it acceptable for a sanitary product to break down internally and leave particles on the skin.
I tried to contact the brand’s customer service but could not reach anyone, so I had to report the issue through this channel. I request that the remaining products in the same package, and if possible the specific production batch, be thoroughly investigated. Since I no longer feel comfortable using the product I purchased, I also request compensation for my financial loss.
I am also providing the expiration date, batch information, and photos of the packaging so that the brand can review them. I request a clear explanation of what may have caused this issue and expect the necessary measures to be taken to prevent similar incidents from happening again.
