I Face Missing Instructions in Kotex Applicator and Active Tampon Boxes From Gratis

Yesterday, I purchased Kotex Applicator Soft Grip and Kotex Active Tampon products from Gratis to use them for the first time. Both boxes were completely sealed and undamaged, showing no signs of tampering. However, when I opened them, I realized that the instruction leaflet inside was missing any Turkish or English guidance — and in some boxes, no leaflet was included at all.

As someone who is using tampons for the first time, I found this situation quite serious and concerning. Without clear usage instructions, it’s difficult to understand how to use the product safely and correctly. For a personal care product like this, having clear Turkish instructions is essential, especially for new users.

I already contacted Kotex through their official website via email, but I have not received any response yet. I also have the purchase receipt as proof. I strongly urge Kotex to include a proper Turkish instruction guide and educational content inside every tampon package to ensure consumer safety and confidence — particularly for younger or first-time users.
