I Face Kotex Pads Ruining Underwear After Only A Few Hours Of Wear

I have been using Kotex Fresh Comfort Protection products for a long time, and this is the first time I have experienced such a serious problem. About three weeks ago, I bought two packs during a promotion at Gratis. While using the first pack, I noticed that the adhesive on the pads stuck excessively to my underwear and damaged the fabric when I removed them. In addition, even though the pads had only been used for 2–3 hours, they started falling apart.

This happened several times, and as a result, 5–6 pairs of my underwear were seriously damaged. After this experience, I had to throw away the second unopened pack because I no longer felt comfortable or confident using the product.

To resolve this issue, I request a refund for the defective products and compensation for the cost of the underwear that was damaged. I also ask Kotex to review the product’s quality control process and investigate this issue to help prevent other customers from experiencing the same problem.
